VIN-Consulting provided structural engineering design and certification services for this elevated residential development located at Woody Point, Queensland. The project involved the structural design of a modern multi-level residence incorporating reinforced concrete footings, steel framing elements, timber floor and roof systems, and flood-resilient construction requirements.
Designed in accordance with relevant Australian Standards and Queensland Development Code requirements, the project considered Wind Region B – N3 conditions, structural stability, flood loading, and long-term durability. The scope included footing and pier design, floor and roof framing layouts, bracing systems, tie-down detailing, and comprehensive structural documentation to support construction and compliance certification.
